Security

The remote access software we use is, at the core, Ultra VNC.  This has been customized and complied into a single executable file.   When run it connects to our support server via IP Network on port 80 or 443.  These two ports are one of the most common IP ports, which are usually open on firewalls.   

Basically if you have access to the internet then this software should work!

Connection is made only by you the customer, who shares his desktop, simply by running the Simply-Support.exe file.

If our support application does not work

In the unlikely event of our support application not working, most probably your Internet firewall is stopping communication with our office.   Please contact your IT Administrator to allow IP traffic on Port 80 and 443 to our office static IP address 80.177.28.89.
